Holiday deadline:
The deadline for Christmas orders has closed. We will resume shipments in the new year. All shipments placed on or after December 7th will be shipped first week of January

When it comes to shipping, the more you buy the better the value. Heavier shipments get bigger discounts from FedEx, so it makes more sense to buy more and stock up your freezer!
We ship to all Continental US States. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed, plus relevant shipping times. We will contact you directly to let you know when your order will be shipped along with a tracking number. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all shipments will be sent out Monday-Wednesday depending on the shipment time, to allow them to be delivered within the same calendar week. Please refer to the zoning map to estimate the shipping time for your area*.
*These shipping time zones are estimates only which we will make every effort to meet. We reserve the right to extend processing times in periods of increased volumes of orders (such as during holidays). If you require a rush order then please contact us at and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.


Your products will arrive individually wrapped, kept cool with ice packs or dry ice and will be shipped in Styrofoam insulated boxes to ensure they are received in excellent condition. All packages are perishable, so please make sure there is someone available to receive them the day of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that are returned to FedEx or left on doorsteps. This is particularly important in the hot summer months. 
On delivery, your products and gel packs should be frozen, partially frozen or cool to touch. Partially thawed products may be refrozen. We recommend for shipments more than 2 days in the summer months that you choose expedited delivery to ensure your products are kept cool and in good condition.
